Try a new spice in the kitchen! Coriander..EASY BAKED RAISIN BRAN CHICKEN

I was a vegetarian for 5 years, and I am so thankful for those years..for you really have to do special tricks for things like Tofu! Thus, I found the beauty in the spice...
If you are scared to try different things, just start with one, like I did, then get two, and so on.
Come home, try the new spice on whatever you want..dessert, chicken, veggies...I always taste & smell..especially for soup off the cuff..I can just start to throw anything into the pot...broth, veggies, cut some potatoes if I feel, and when it comes to the spices...well, taste and sniff..taste the soup, sniff the spice..you will add whatever amount you come to find suits you best. Mint? taste & smell.
A spice that I have been using for over a couple of years, is coriander. It is absolutely my favorite! It is very versatile, usable on desserts as well as chicken...
