Well, the EPA does not want control over residential, thus the onus is on the state and local governing bodies...so the stresser here, is that "we the people" MUST force the Mayors, Governors, and Senators to mobilize and protect the good people of Colorado ( and all states) by making it mandatory to final test all mitigated(cleaned) & tested (by the property owner's own choices of mitigators and Ind Hyg.) homes like Tri county does (albeit, they are promoting all of my bad ind. hygienists and mitigators on their site-soon to change if I have anything to do with it).
Furthermore, they need to make it mandatory in ALL cities, to add to the job descriptions within the office that take the final "house is clean" reports...add to the Dept of Environmental Health(s) within each city, the job descript: the know how and follow thru on CHECKING CREDENTIALS of these Ind Hyg. saying the home is tested as safe. Also add that they should actually READ the report..mandate them to do so. In FACT, Denver does NOT read them..only file them away..tis true, a quote from Gene Hook, and up the chain...Bill Bennerman, and Celia so and so. In FACT, their only requirement is the most they do: take the report, and acknowledge its receipt.
so, we are at: Verifying credentials, making them required to actually read it, and add to this: if they suspect, from the report, to a concerned phone call over negligence or fraud..it should be mandatory for them to call a certain state person whom will be mandated to open an investigation.
Then, after investigations, charge the guilty. Hold them accountable.
And let's hold the city accountable when they don't hold the negligent and fraudulent accountable.
Think about it, common sense. Why bother wasting the taxpayers money that we could be spending on food or clothing..on paying the state reps to take the time to make the bills to turn them into statutes if we don't bother holding anyone accountable?
The fines could help the city help the people in many ways...money for more cops on the streets, scare the landlords into following statutes by not allowing anyone in the home after the bust, scare the mitigators into compliance, scare the ind hygienists into following strict rules when it comes to proper testing/credentials, and help save lives of innocent victims.
In other words, we are using OUR money in our pockets that should be for our families' food, clothes, gasoline, electric, so that the representatives can have these things, so that the mitigators and hygienists WITH a choice to do fraudulent or negligent work and city employees keep their jobs and have these things.
I don't know about you, but I am guessing that wasting your food money is not on the top of your list of things you have been dying to do.
What is the point of paying Gene Hook with the city of Denver, to take the time to accept the report and file it and keep it if they don't use their authority to slap fines and protect you and me? What a waste, is all I have to say. Well, that is a lie, I have much more to say on this matter! more to come...watch for you tube videos soon!
